The Wreck Bay Home Ownership Program explores alternative strategies for housing in Wreck Bay that involves the staged removal and replacement of all housing with new houses based on the potentially comparable time and cost of upgrading all housing in the community. This also provides an opportunity to explore culturally appropriate design solutions for housing that respond to the needs of the community.
