Community Infrastructure and The Social Determinants of Indigenous health and Wellbeing: A Case Study In Murrin Bridge

The aim of this research is to explore how community infrastructure projects like Murrin Bridge Preschool Community Hub can create lasting social, economic, health and well-being benefits within the local Indigenous community. The research will explore training and employment opportunities for local community members throughout the construction period. The research will track opportunities for capacity building from selection, TAFE & job ready training and employment to examine whether such mechanisms foster skills development and wellbeing changes within the local community.
